1.1 Products

All products found in the online store will be subject to this return policy, as will customized products purchased through the different platforms.

1.2 Refund amount.

Returns may be made in the following manner as requested by the customer:

  • Returns for purchases made through the website may be fully refunded (minus the amount of 130 Pesos/Mxn for shipping costs)
  • In the case of personalized products, refunds and returns do not apply.
  • The product may be exchanged for another identical one, provided that it is justified and fits within the assumptions of section “1.3” of this policy.
  • An exchange may be made for another product from the store, whether of equivalent or greater value, paying only the difference and the cost of shipping.
  • A coupon equivalent to the full price of the returned product (including shipping) may be given.

The refund will be made once the product returns to its origin and is inspected to verify its condition.

1.3 The return of products will be subject to the following assumptions.

  • The product arrived damaged or open.
  • The product does not match what was ordered.
  • The product does not have the expected quality (In the case of personalized products, the expected quality cannot be claimed if the design has already been approved, it will only apply in cases where the patch is damaged)

Any other reason not specified in the previous paragraphs must be communicated personally and will be subject to evaluation.

1.4 Return time.

  • Refunds will be made once the product is returned and inspected. Once accepted, the return process can take from 2 to 10 days, depending on the type of return requested by the customer.
